These draft terms describe the human-approved workflow support model for Faida+ pilots and service use.

Human-approved support

Faida+ provides workflow support, message drafts, call scripts, prioritization, and reports. Client approval is required before customer-facing communication.

Client responsibility

The client remains responsible for lawful data collection, lawful use, consent basis, and customer communication practices.

No outcome guarantee

Faida+ does not guarantee sales, payment, conversion, customer response, shipment clearance, or any business outcome.

No spam or misuse

Faida+ may not be used for spam, harassment, deceptive messaging, or unlawful communication.

WhatsApp use

Clients must not use Faida+ outputs for unofficial WhatsApp automation, WhatsApp Web scraping, spam, or automatic customer sending without review.

Pilot limitations

Pilots may be limited in scope, data volume, supported workflows, turnaround, and review process.

Credit and payment risk

Faida+ does not take ownership of credit, payment, fraud, delivery, or transaction risk for client transactions.

Communication approval

The client must review and approve customer-facing communication before it is sent.
